Our hair claws are crafted from 100% eco-friendly cellulose acetate, the very material used in the luxury sunglasses industry for its exceptional strength and flexibility. While these clips are durable, they do need a little extra love to make sure that they last you through the years.

Direct heat

Avoid exposing your hair claws to direct heat and sunlight, as prolonged exposure may cause stretching and compromise their grip.

Water

For best results, keep you claw clips dry. Although stainless steel is rust-resistant, continuous exposure to moisture, saltwater, or chlorinated water may lead to rusting of the metal spring.

What to do if your hair claw is stretched out?

If your clip looks stretched out, try placing it in warm water for 10 minutes and then let it cool to reset its shape. Alternatively, tie an elastic band around it for a few hours.
